"I don’t usually answer cold calls, but Michael had a very abnormal approach to handling cold calls that I just couldn’t hang up. We talked for a few minutes and he ended up getting us a quote that beat our current carrier which we have had for 9 years. Great attitude, customer service, and great sales approach.
